Low temperature curing accelerator for powder coatings

Jietonda® K7318 is a new anti-yellowing low temperature curing accelerator,designed for powder coatings based on PES/TGIC and hybrid, to reduce curing temperature or shorten curing time.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Significantly reduce curing temperate or shorten curing time.
　 ● Excellent anti-yellowing characteristic.
　 ● Significantly reduce the gloss fluctuations with curing temperature.
　 ● Improve leveling of the film.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix K7318 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● The use level is 0.5-2% by total weight of formula.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● Store in cool and dry place to avoid wetting-absorption. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of K7318 under above conditions is at least 2 years.
