Textured additive for powder coatings

Jietonda® SA2072 is pre dispersed texture additive which can be used in powder coatings to give a fine grained finish surface.

1. Typical properties

Herein described to be typical properties and do not constitute specification limits.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Be applicable to any powder coating systems such as pure epoxy, hybrid, PES/TGIC or PES/HAA and PU etc to provide a special texture finish with fine-grained surface.
　 ● A low cost texture additive,save the budget
　 ● Flow modifier and Benzoin in powder formulation can be omitted or decreased greatly. Therefore, the cost of powder coating is down probably.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix SA2072with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● The use level is 0.1 ~0.2% based on the total weight of the formulation.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined fiber drums. Net weight 10kg or 20kg per drum.
　 ● Store in cool and dry place. Avoid contacting with strong acids, bases and other organic chemicals together. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
