surface wetting modifier for powder coating
Jietonda® K7658 is a wetting accelerator with good compatibility with powder systems. It is designed for use in powder coating systems to reduce pinholes in the coating film and improve leveling and freshness of the coating.

2. Technical characteristics
? It can reduce the pinholes of the coating film and improve leveling of the coating.
? Good pigment and filler wetting and dispersing properties and allow to increase the amount of pigment and filler.
? Good wetting performance, improve the coating fog, improve the clarity and freshness of the coating.
? Applicable to all kinds of powder coating systems, such as: primid system to improve freshness of the coating, matte coating to improve fog, transfer coating to improve the clarity of the pattern and improve tearing paper.
3. Use Method & Levels
? Premix K7658 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
? 0.5-2% of the whole formula
4. Package &Storage
? Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags.Net weight 20kg per bag.
? Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. It should be closed immediately after use and away from fire.
? Based on our experience, this product is valid for at least two years at a storage temperature of <32°C.
