                                  Anti caking agent for powder coatings
Jietonda® K7010B  is a special anti-caking additive for powder coatings, which prevents high-temperature powder coating caking and improves the function of powder dry powder fluidity.

2. Characteristics
? Jietonda® K7010B is recommended to be used as an anti-caking agent or flow aid to use in powder coatings
based on: PES/TGIC,PES/HAA, hybrid, PU and epoxy, acrylate.
? Efficient anti-caking performance can significantly extend the time that the paint powder remains loose
under high temperature and high humidity conditions.
?  Significantly improve the dry powder fluidity and construction
? No harm to the leveling and mechanical properties of the coating.

3. Use method & levels
? Firstly, prepare an appropriate base coating powder followed by incorporating K7010B into the said powder,
then dry blending using a proper mixer.
? The use level is 0.1-0.4% based on total formula by weight.

4. Package & Storage
? Packaging with PE lined fiber bags. Net weight 3 kg per package.
? Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
? Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
