Extinction curing agent for mixed systems with wide polyester adaptability

Jietonda^®K7237A is a kind of resin type curing agent with epoxy resin as co reactant. It is designed for polyester / nbsp; epoxy mixed powder coating system to provide 2-40% low gloss. The coating has good impact resistance, surface hardness and scratch resistance.

1. Typical properties

2. Characteristics
　 ● Good matting effect, at least 2% gloss can be obtained, the gloss is more stable and easy to adjust;
　 ● Participate in the curing reaction, the coating has higher hardness and scratch resistance;

    ● Good leveling performance, can obtain smooth and smooth coating;

    ● With active groups, significantly increase the adhesion of the coating;

    ● It is widely used in various polyester resins.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Mix with other ingredients in the formula in a high speed mixer and extrude through the extruder.
　 ● The recommended dosage is 1-5% of the total formula weight, depending on the desired gloss. At the same time, based on the chemical equivalent of K7237A, an additional 1.5 parts by weight of E-12 epoxy resin is required to react with each part of K7237A.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packed in polyethylene lined kraft paper bags, each bag weighs 25 kg.
　 ● Store in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture absorption. It should be closed immediately after use and away from fire sources.
　 ● Based on our experience, this product has a shelf life of at least two years at a storage temperature of ﹤ 32 ° C.

5. Advisement
　 ● Choose proper accelerator or catalyst to improve the impact resistance, but this will result in unexpected gloss up or worsen the surface leveling.
